He can sort of read and write but nothing too complicated. He knows no other foreign languages.

He is an excellent horseman, riding since he was a young boy. Has a good eye for horses too.

A mighty fighter both on horseback and on foot. He tends to use a longsword but will be at ease with a mace, morning star, war axe, or boar spear.

He is not the best of diplomats nor very political, he can be very stubborn about having things being done or agreed to HIS way. If he does not respect the other signee, he will at times break treaties to gain an advantage.

In war he is a top notch general, while aggressive in his approach, he does not fall into the trap of mindless or overconfident attacks. He will employ ambushes, hitting the enemy in the flanks, or when they least expect it.

Among the common population of the lands he rules, he is known as stern but fair. He is careful not to overtax the people, preferring to shore up his finances thru raiding and looting those who he does not rule.

He was a somewhat indifferent husband to his wife, now deceased, but he does love his children. Sadly he is now down to one daughter remaining. They get along well. He is a very protective father. Tread lightly around his daughter if you value your life.
