The Princess is probably gifted with great intellect, beauty, and ego.   The ego interferes with her ability to manage people as well as her father does, as she has some trouble setting aside her immediate personal desires in favor of what is best in the long-term.  She probably learned the Madronan arts of seduction, political intrigue, and poisons from her mother.

She was notably displeased with Sir Aldebrand of Salain when he attended court once and made a perfectly honest but rudely blunt remark.  This remark got Aldebrand removed from court for a time, though such honest bluntness is so very rare it may also have been intriguing to the young girl.

She is of marriageable age, and is likely courted constantly.  Whether she is slated to inherit the throne or not (Is she the eldest child?) is up to the writer adopting her.  This decision will have a major impact on who she can marry, as her father will surely not allow her to have a future King-Consort that he felt would be deleterious to the realm.
